Our AGM - 24th June 2023

Kirsty's Charity Abseil!

Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, Kirsty is unfortunately having to postpone her upcoming charity abseil. She still has every intention of going ahead with the abseil and will look to speak with the venue in a couple of months time about arranging a new date, once things have settled down for her and she has a better idea about when she will be in a position to be able to do it. We will endeavour to update you again once Kirsty has spoken to the venue, as to when the new date will be.
On May 20th, our lovely student counsellor and volunteer, Kirsty, is going to be doing an Abseil down Northampton’s Lift Tower to raise some much-needed funds for Action for Asperger’s. Please give Kirsty the support she deserves for taking this challenge on by donating via her GoFundMe page:
Funding is something we struggle to come by at AfA so people doing things like this are so vitally important and incredibly appreciated by us.
Kirsty, thank you so much for doing this for AfA – you’re a star!

Autistic Empathy - the friendship and dating community for those who are autistic/have Asperger's syndrome

Autistic Empathy (AE) is the app/web community designed by Action for Asperger’s to provide a place for autistic/Asperger individuals to connect with others and develop friendships and/or romance.
AE is overseen by counsellors and there are stringent ID verification checks with zero tolerance from admins when it comes to behaviour and content. It’s a small, friendly community which has been designed to be as safe as possible.
If you think you or someone you know could benefit – come and join us!
The AE app is available on the Apple and Google Play app stores or via the web using the links provided below.
